What is GradOffer?

I'm Thomas – a University of Leeds graduate who became slightly obsessed with cracking the graduate scheme process. After hundreds of hours spent researching, preparing, and going through applications, assessment centres, and interviews, I started to understand what actually works – and what doesn't.

GradOffer is the resource I wish I'd had when I started applying. Most of what's out there is either too generic to be useful or written by people far removed from the process. This site exists to change that.
